Reservations are required for all programs - Call 742-0426 to book your
class
GROUP CONFIRMATION AND PREPARATION MATERIALS
A written notice confirming the date, time, and type of scheduled program
for your class will be mailed to you within 48 hours after receiving your
request. You will also receive curriculum information to help prepare your
students for the visit.
RESOURCES
The primary purpose of the Library at the International Cultural Center is
to provide students and teachers with additional educational resources in
their studies of international cultures, geography, history and politics.
The center houses the nation's most extensive collection of videos and CD-roms
to enrich students' understanding of the world. Open to the Public
- Monday -Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
If you must cancel a class visit, change the time, or if the number of
students involved changes significantly, please call the Division of Public
Education as soon as possible.
If you need auxiliary aids or services for persons with disabilities, please
call (806) 742-0426 at least one week prior to participation so that
appropriate arrangements can be made.
SUPERVISION
School groups should include at least one adult chaperone for every 10
students.
